These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Domino Media websites, software, subscriptions, services, and related products, including the Domino Intelligence Framework.
By purchasing, accessing, installing, or using our products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Company Information
Domino Media Inc. provides software, website technology, digital strategy, SEO, AEO, GEO, analytics, and related professional services.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate and current account, billing, and contact information when purchasing or using our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Some Domino Media products are offered through recurring monthly or annual subscriptions.
By starting a subscription, you authorize Domino Media and its payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account at the beginning of each billing period until the subscription is canceled.
Prices, billing intervals, included features, and applicable usage limits are displayed before checkout.
4. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date.
You may manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the customer billing portal or by contacting customer support.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically reverse charges already processed.
5. Software License
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, Domino Media grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the purchased software on the number of websites permitted by your plan.
The software is licensed, not sold. Ownership of the software, source code, branding, documentation, and associated intellectual property remains with Domino Media or its licensors.
6. License Restrictions
You may not:
- Share, sell, sublicense, rent, or distribute your license key.
- Use one license on more websites than your subscription permits.
- Remove copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership notices.
- Use the software to violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
- Attempt to bypass license validation, subscription controls, or usage restrictions.
- Resell or redistribute the software unless a separate written agreement permits it.
7. Updates and Support
Active subscriptions may include access to software updates and customer support according to the purchased plan.
Support does not include custom development, third-party troubleshooting, website repair, content production, or consulting unless specifically included in the applicable plan or agreement.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining backups and testing updates in an appropriate environment before applying them to a production website.
You are also responsible for your website content, regulatory compliance, security practices, third-party integrations, hosting environment, and use of recommendations generated by the software.
9. Third-Party Services
Our products may integrate with third-party platforms such as WordPress, Google, Stripe, analytics services, hosting providers, and artificial intelligence providers.
Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Domino Media is not responsible for the availability, operation, pricing, or policies of third-party services.
10. AI-Generated Recommendations
Some products may generate automated recommendations, summaries, scores, or suggested actions.
These outputs are provided for informational and operational assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving recommendations before implementation.
Our software does not provide legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice.
11. Prohibited Use
You may not use Domino Media products or services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
- Distribute malicious code or interfere with systems or networks.
- Gain unauthorized access to accounts, websites, or data.
- Misrepresent your identity, business, or authority.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when payments are overdue, a subscription expires, license limits are exceeded, these terms are violated, or use of the service creates security, legal, or operational risk.
Upon termination, your right to receive updates, support, hosted services, and other subscription benefits may end.
13. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
14. Intellectual Property
Domino Media names, logos, software, documentation, designs, reports, and original materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred except for the limited usage rights expressly granted in these terms or a separate written agreement.
15. Confidentiality
Each party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information received from the other party and may use that information only for the purposes of providing or receiving the applicable services.
16. Service Availability
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product improvement, or third-party platform changes.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domino Media products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every environment, or achievement of specific business, search, traffic, revenue, or ranking results.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domino Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, rankings, business opportunities, or website availability.
Domino Media’s total liability arising from a product or service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that product or service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Domino Media harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, your content, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the services after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
21. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
